Additional Information/Reflex Testing
This test includes a microscopic exam of urine sediment.
A urine culture (Test MICR0013) will
be performed at an additional charge when one or more
of the following criteria are met:
Positive Leukocyte Esterase with WBC value ≥6 cells/hpf.
Positive Leukocyte Esterase with Positive Nitrite.
Positive Nitrite with WBC value ≥6 cells/hpf.
