Dark Green (Lithium heparin w/out gel) tube - Plasma
Dark Green (Sodium heparin w/out gel) tube - Plasma
Serum or plasma should be separated from the cells within 2 hours of venipuncture.
Trough levels are most reproducible.
Test is not affected by hemolysis or lipemia.
